'chip & PIN' Card Payments
When ordering your taxi why not request a cab with on board ‘chip & PIN’ payment facilities. This provides you with the additional convenience of paying for your taxi fare with either a debit or credit card. The mobile payment terminals we use are fully UK bank accredited and with ‘chip & PIN’ this is the safe and secure way of paying for a fare in much the same as many other everyday items and services.

This method of paying may be particularly interesting to business and professional customers. Please note a card processing service charge is applied when paying with this method.

24 x 7 Service

Efficient Call Handling
Our call centre in Harborne is manned by trained staff. All calls are recorded, allowing us to practise excellent customer service, train staff and investigate issues.

Ring on Approach
One of the superb new features of our integrated Raywood System is that when your driver is a couple of minutes away, he activates 'Ring on Approach' from his keypad. Our office computer then calls you, and the 'two rings' notify you to make your way to the pick-up point. TIP: Store this number and label it 'taxi outside'.

Cabcall
This is another superb feature for immediate taxi requirements. We store phone numbers and addresses of all regular users. You can then call our 'Cabcall' hot line number on 0121 426 5096 to order your cab at the touch of a button.

5 & 6 Seater Vehicles
All our cabs can carry up to five passengers. Many carry six passengers in comfort but please ask the operator when making a booking if your require a six-seater.

'Fare' Play
All fares are set at the tariff set by Birmingham City Council. Each cab is fitted with a meter which is regularly inspected by Trading Standards to ensure correct charging of fares.
